I purchased thousands of dollars from Helzberg Diamonds over the years and always purchase the Service Plan. I recently purchased a Tahitian Pearl ring for my wife and had a problem from the get go. My wife went back to the store and did not get a warm reception to say the least. They final sent the ring out for service and replaced it with a discolored, terrable version of a pearl after going around and around they finally replaced the pearl. Round 2.
