I requested that my automobile tires be rotated approximately at 6:30 pm on a Monday evening. I was the only customer at the time, but the service technician refused to rotate my tires by stating they did not require rotation. I spoke with the Auto Service Supv on duty and he stated he followed his direction from the technician and only worked there and needed to keep his job.
