ebay does not protect buyers from fraudulent sellers. A verifiable address is not required to do business, so it is impossible to locate these scammers who simply pull up stakes when they are finished stealing from the public. Hong Kong is a huge source of scams. Asian sellers flood the site with defective electronics. By the time you receive your item and the item stops working, it will work for a couple of weeks and then fail (the most common scenario) your window of intervention by ebay-45 days -is closed and you get a nice apologetic... read full review »
