On Jan. 9th 2011 I purchased 3 tickets to see Adam Carolla live in Napa Ca. on Feb. 4th from Ticketmaster. I have been using Ticketmaster for a few years with no issues. My credit card was charged $156 & change. The tickets never arrived in the mail. A week before the show, I e-mailed Ticketmaster to inform them that my tickets had not hit my mailbox yet.
