I am absolutely fed up with Karmaloop/Kazbah. I ordered a snapback for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I ordered it on the 1st of February and thought it would be here on time! 7 days later it is still processing and hasn't even shipped! I e-mail the folks over at Karmaloop trying to figure out what was taking so long. Magically, after I e-mail them, my package ships a few hours later.
