2nd person on the mortgage and deed. I was called in May 2010 by one of the loan originators stating that the other owner sent in a very defamting letter about me and they thought it was strange because the orignal hardship was that I was the care taker. They futher looked into the situation and they said that any paperwork send in by co-owner has my signature appear and it does not match up with my siganture.
