Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday before noon from the UK, paid $15 for delivery the same day as the order. The order clearly read Order to be normal delivery between 12 and 5pm. Nope. No response from their customer service, no follow up email stating they would not make the order. No answers, just ignored. The worst online ordering service I've ever experienced.
