I have just experienced the worst in store customer service at the Morisset MacDonalds. At 7.45pm I popped into the reatuarant to pick up a quick take away meal. When I got into the restaurant there was only one register open and about 10 custumers waiting. While a group of young people were being served atleast two of the staff ( one named Kathryn) were busy flirting with and chatting to the group of teenage customers and at one stage, a staff member threw a cup under the drink machine, only to miss while continuing to chat happily to her... read full review »
