I have been on hold for 45 minutes and still holding. Recording keeps coming on saying "Thank you for your patience". My patience has run out. I am being charged for a service I am not getting. I talked to two different people right at the beginning and they passed me off to the recording about being patient. Why can't we talk to a live person within a reasonable amount of time. The Patience recording says it will be answered in the order it was received. They must have a huge volume of calls. Maybe we all need to apply... read full review »
