The much touted "SmartZone" internet mail crashed today. Comcast email (out of Westchester, PA) flat out does not work. It is also impossible to get to it from Comcast.net. The (not so) "Smart"Zone simply does not work. Tried to call Comcast Customer Service (sic). Their idiot phone system will not connect to the HiSpeed (sic) Internet department. It, without notice, simply goes to the TV department. In turn, they can't help you and tell you they will connect you to the correct department. No one EVER picks up. Tried... read full review »
