I have ATT DSL Elite which is supposed to give up to 6Mbps. In the evening I get about 1.5Mbps (or less). I switched to Elite from DSL Pro (3Mbps) because it was too slow. It took them a year almost to tell me I had not been switched over to the higher speed but never gave any refund. They have been out several times and the speed picks up for a few days but then goes back down to totally unacceptable levels. I cannot get any real help from their help line or customer service.
