Checked the virgin active website for spinning classes. Website showed that there was a 16:30 spinning class. Arrived at gym and asked to book a bike. A rude receptionist implied i was stupid because how could i not possibly know that there are no classes are held on a public holiday. Thereafter i saw that an instructor arrived but there was no one in the class because reception had told everyone there was no class so everyone made alternative arrangements. Its unacceptable that the receptionist is so rude and that they have no idea what is going on in the gym and subsequently wasting both the customers and the instructors time!!! read full review »
