On 11 March I was at the MTN service center outside Canal Walk to transfer my cellphone account from my fathers name to my name. All the required paper work was completed and handed over to Francisco Horniman to be faxed through to head office. I was informed that this will take a week to be completed. 4 weeks later on 8 April I was at the same branch again to find out what is going on.
