Banking details & card stolen, so i went into the Constantia branch and they assisted me in re-opening a new acc and told me that my new Credit card had been ordered and will be in the branch within 7 working days. This happened, i received the new Ccard. However, unknown to me, (APPARENTLY) I requested that they CLOSE my Credit Card account?! WHY would i request that they close the account when i've JUST received my new card?!?
