Please be informed that my phone was booked in for repairs and returned after 3 weeks with the same fault. This service is totally unacceptable whereby my Audio was distorting and I could not hear on incoming calls. I received my E52 back on the 28-01-2011 and after using it for 2 minutes the same fault surfaced. I need corrective action taken and what will be done now to avoid this inconvenience service received from your repair department.
