University of Phoenix is not releasing my excess Pell Grant funds. They have ripped me off by not only making me take extra classes to complete a "new" degree program, after I was enrolled in a program they said was no longer available. Then while I was attending on "ground", I had to transfer to an online degree program. I have since discovered they are offering the original program. They made me take extra classes to complete the "new" program. I can not transfer my credits and I am one class away from graduating... read full review »
