WHAT A MESS!!! We received our XperienceDays gift card last christmas, and booked the Walking Culinary Tour of OldSan Fransisco for my husbands birthday in February. He took the day off work and we drove 2 hours each way, and arrived at the destination spot at 1:30pm. Check-in was at 1:45, and the tour was to begin at 2pm.
