I am a manager for a physician's office and in no way would I allow an employee to be on their cell phone at any time during serving a patient/client! My family and I were waiting in the drive thru for our food and while watching the cook he had a cell phone braced by his shoulder and communicating on his cell phone the entire time we waited in the drive thru.
