Hi Epocheu is the EU side of Epoch.com, which is based in the USA, they are a credit/debit card transaction provider to small retailers and internet subscription services. I had a problem with them after making a purchase in a small independent toy shop, I paid £43.62 just before Christmas and the same left my account the month after, the shop looked into it and said they hadn't recieved a second payment and so gave me the details of Epoch.com, I tried to contact them with no luck and then a 3rd payment went out the month... read full review »
