The FL Law Board requires multiple complaints before taking any action on an attorney, otherwise it's an isolated incident. Escrow monies are the exception. Please take the time to file your complaint. John Musca is an excellent marketer, but after you agree to hire him for your attorney, it's all over. Better to go to the court and plead guilty, you'll fare better and won't be out thousands of dollars. You'll be guilty anyways.
