Made a complaint to Customer Care Center on 4.02.2011. Complaint No.DL-0211002698. Specifically mentioned that an Engineer by the name of Tara Chand should not be assigned the job, because of my past experience the way he mishandled my washing machine. Some Santosh from Supertech Systems & Services visited, and as per his suggestion and information the cooling gas was refilled by one Vicky.
