Plant arrangement ordered by my brother for my wife who is ill. A flower arrangement was delivered instead and left on front porch in cold and doorbell was not pushed. Teleflora, a sub. of Hiroshima Bank of China out of Buffalo, NY says that 4 attempts to exchange and several phone calls were made. We were home all the time and this didn't happen. Teleflora says they are done with it. Great Blooms of Raleigh rudely told me thay couldn't talk to me. Frustrating. read full review »
