Hi I would like to share my awful experience I had with the service department. I took my car chevy malibu because it was giving me a message "low coolant" all I wanted is have it checked. I was informed before that a machine check up was an 1hr. I droppped it off and the guy said just for a check up I would have to leave it over the weekend. I was istatic and upset. He said my car was messed up because of my driving. I was insulted. My had my car for 4 yrs but I only use it for work and home I don't even go on long comutes or... read full review »
