Two days ago I called the Glass Doctor set up appointment at my home for Saturday to repair cracks in my windshield for 9am. It is now 12:53 and still waiting. Called several times, they said had some glass emergencies and put them before my appointment. I had to call them. They promised 10am, 11, 12 etc... and I am still waiting.
