I handed a Sony Ericsson in for repairs on job no 6330172-02372475. The phone was checked and it had no damage. I received the phone back with a report that the board was broken as well as the usb connector. When I received it back there is was serious damage to the outside cover. All of a sudden the damage appear out of no where. How does this happen? Is this the way they run away from their responsibilities. The next Phone I handed in on Job number 6421765.
