Professional Tax Service? I don't think so! Upon our first initial visit with our local H&R Block office, the atmosphere seemed to be professional. We met with someone who started to prepare our tax return. Once finished my wife and I signed everything and then went home. The next day we received a phone call from the lady who prepared our taxes for us and she stated that the IRS had rejected our return.
