Im amased that big point has a company have no customer care values, its corrupted by its chat moderators through tosome of its ca's and ga, they ban some players for offensive and abuse or swearing but other players are given freedom to abuse and offend other players without been questioned.its time that players spoke out about big points care to the customer and its corruption by those who are supposed to be in charge and not looking after thier own.also it might be an idea if they got rid of the rotten apples who continualy bully people in chat. read full review »
