In 3 months my long distance service has been disconnected twice because all efforts to negotiate and resolve a disputed international long distance charge has failed. I have been thru multiple telephone trees, from international billing to fraud investigations, supervisors who 'don't have the authority' and salespeople who can solve it if I buy a larger more complicated telephone package.
