From day one when I ordered it I tried to get in contact with the company through the email only to verify that my order had gone through. I had been hesitant ordering from a site I was not familiar with from the get-go and I should have trusted my instinct. On day 5 or so after multiple emails I got a response stating my instyler should arrive in less than 8 business days and they apologize if it has not yet arrived.
