Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to inform you that the official importer of L.G products in Israel, the H.Y Group has refused to give service for LG 32" Plasama TV "because it wasnt purchased from H.Y" even though the warranty has already expired and i was ready to pay all the repair service fees H.Y refused to give service.
