Ordered the above washer on 06th January 2011 for delivery on Thursday 20th Jan 2011. On Wednesday 19th January when I got home at 19.30 hr I had a message on my answerphone saying the item had arrived damaged and the order had been cancelled. Which was a shame as the old washer (Leaking but still working) was picked upon Tuesday 18th January - so effectively I had no washer.
