I sumedha mahajan, tried to book a ticket for Brayan Adam concert to be held in Hyderabad on 16 feb 2011. I paid through online SBI bank. The amount(1599) was deducted from my account but no ticket was booked and a error message came. The message was-"We are unable to process your request for the card details submitted. Please use another card or an alternative payment option to complete the transaction". I tried calling kyazoonga website but i was always kept on waiting.
