Having purcahased an Elitech steam generatorfor myself I was so impressed with it Idecided to purchase 1 for my sister. I did this one line and according to Bid TVs customer service page I could change the delivery address, I did this by phone. Having recieved an email from the tv channel informing me that my order had been dispatched, I called the customer service line again to check the delivery addresss which was my sisters address, great I thought but the next day the goods arrived on my front door step.
