My xbox360 console was banned the other day. I have not modified my xbox, i bought it brand new and it has never been repaired, I don't play burnt games, and I haven't violated the service agreement. I have offered at my expense to send my console in to prove this. They have found my guilty with no chance to prove that I have done nothing wrong. They won't discuss the issue in anyway, but are quick to tell me I can buy another xbox. I am suppose to be satisfied that people, whom I can't speak to, are sure that my console has done something wrong!!! read full review »
