FedEx failed to deliver my package four days in a row last week - supposedly they attempted it all four times and supposedly supposedly there were "delivery exceptions" due to "weather delays" all four times. I called this morning and they said it was on the truck and would definitely be delivered today. Around 1 pm I checked the tracking number and it was listed as a "Delivery exception" again. When I called back again they told me not to worry, the driver had "MAILED ME A POSTCARD" about the package today!... read full review »
