Do not book through Travelocity, unless you want to be held hostage in India. I called initially because I was unable to print out flight information on a flight from California to D.C. since their website never it to me. So I call with the confirmation number I was emailed and I was charged for the correct amount on my Visa. Barnes and Nobles has very poor customer service. I do not understand why they would invent a product like the Nook and hire piss poor personnel to deal with the customers. They are just plain rude, not only will they cut you off before you can even tell them your issue. I had one lady tell me I didn't even have an email registered there, I've been with B&N over 15 years, bus she couldn't spell Jamaica! This company has terrible customer service, I spoke to four different people and got four different stories as to where my order was. This was after I got an email asking to "grade our customer service." I was beyond pissed. I finally got in touch with the owner and she was just as rude as the staff! I had to call the 877 number to cancel the charge and that didn't work I had to dispute my charge through my bank! When companies like this go out of business I don't feel sorry for them one bit. I sent out a mass email to everyone I know in Navy and civilian world not to use this company. read full review »
