I paid for expedited shipping on 2/1/11. The email I received said I would receive the order in 5-9 business days from placing the order. I should have received my merchandise on 2/14111 at the absolute latest. I was given a fedex tracking # and the fedex website says the order was shipped 2/4/11. I was told by customer service that I would rec'v the order WITHIN 5-7 business days of shipping which means I should have gotten it today at the ABSOLUTE latest.
