I came across this advertisement on line and was curious because I have been wanting an implant for a missing tooth. I filled out an on line form. Got called right away that I was selected as a candidate and to set up an appointment with a recommended cosmetic dentist. I was reminded twice by phone, once by e-mail, and once by postal mail. This did make me wonder but I continued. It was explained to me that my mouth had to be in good health to qualify and that this exam was at no cost to me.
