Reported problem with ceramic cooktop to some call center in Colombia because the unit was still under factory warranty on friday feb 11, 2011 and was told no service over the weekend- called a local number here in guatemala today and was told that service tech would call today to set up appointment- it's 9:41 local time so I guess they won't be coming today- february 14, 2011 Outrageous that I have been without service and they are all so glib about me waiting I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM WHIRLPOOL AND WILL BE SURE TO VOICE MY OPINION EVERY CHANCE I GET read full review »
