Dear Sir, Iam a customer of Indane gas Agency and my consumer No. is 27426. My dealer is M/s Jaya Gas Agency, Valasaravalkam. Last month i booked a cylinder on 22.01.11 and i received the cylinder only on 11.02.11. By that time my cylinder was already empty. Now when i called the agency to book my cylinder on 15.02.11 they said that i can book the cylinder only after 21 days and i will get the cylinder after another 21 days then what it is the use in having an additional cylinder.
