SIR, 1. The toilets of the above mention trains are in pathetic shape. They are neighter cleaned nor the water comes in the toilet when we boarded the train in Delhi Jn for Suratgarh on 18 Oct 10.Kindly look on to the above matter more seriously so that in future it will not be repeated. 2.
