This company is shifty. I returned some costumes eligible for a REFUND. They issued me a store credit. I had to send several threatening emails before I got the refund owed to me. They also kept a 20% restocking fee which is against their posted policy of a 15% restocking fee! They do not have a phone number available and communicate only via email. Surprise.
