Ashley Furniture has the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. spent over $2000 on a Loveseat and 2 Recliners both electric. received in 9 days with the loveseat having a broke Motor. 20 days later still waiting for the part "I" have to install or they charge me $75 and it's not due in for another 15-20 days.. I will make sure NO ONE I know ever buys from them again, spoke to a manager and they are as clueless and un-helpful as the Janitor, wait the Janitor would probably be more helpful, I should have started there I guess.. read full review »
