I have contact Dell's Executive Customer Service Team concerning some issues I have had with two purchases. They simply do not respond. I have always appreciated Dell's business ethics and had confidence in their products. That is no longer the case. They say one of their goals is to address customer's issues. That appears not to be true. They overcharged me for one product. And, I bought a refurbished laptop, which obviously was not refurbished, and probably could not be refurbished given the issues involved.
