Chase Bank kept us in Modification for 3 years There is a way to stop them cold dead in their tracks, , File a chapter 13 on them.. they CAN NOT continue a foreclosure, it has to be done before the day of the sale...Get a lawyer that handles 13 filings..Chase is the worst offender of this Modification process ever...you must protect your self...as long as you can make payments, a 13 allows you to pay off arrears over a 3 or 5 year period...and they have NO choice, but to accept it...we were kept in modification for 3 years, then we were... read full review »
