My 17 year old son who had saved for months bought himself a laptop on Friday 4th Feb. He opened it on Saturday the 5th Feb and happened to have his thumb in the bottom right corner of the screen and the screen cracked. Harvey Norman wont exchange, refund or repair as they are telling me that the complaint has never happened before so bad luck.
