I paid $600 for a custom lace wig. When the unit came it was terribly thin, had masive bald spots and resembled a store bought wig for $30. When I called Pink Lace Wigs there was no one from management to speak to directly as they only reply every 48hrs by email. They refused to give me a refund and tried to make me exchange or pay a 20% restocking fee! This company is a complete RIP OFF and does not provide good quality custom HUMAN lace wigs, the hair is supposed to be Remy and the wig had some cheap plastict Remy knock off hair that was easily tangled. read full review »
