Valentines day order placed 2/9/2011. Credit card charged same day. Dellivery to have been made on 2/11/2011. No delivery ever made. Calls to customer service (note lower case) over three days were met by same response - would contact local florist for status (even after acknowledging that the local florist was not returning calls and their voice mailbox was full) and call me back. never receive any return call. Don't let these folks spoil your special occasion. Find another provider for your business. read full review »
