I returned a pair of saddlebags that were too large for my bike, following all of the requirements of Sum Of All Parts. The parts were signed for on December 6 2010 According to their sales rep Brad Peters, my refund was to be cleared up by 4pm on Jan. 21 2011, however this was just another lie, and to date 15Feb2011 they still have my sadllebags and my money. Company owners Joe & Laura Browning have continually lied about processing my refund, on the VERY rare occasions they actually respond to request for my refund.
