I originally purchased a pioneer nav deck 18 months ago and puchased the product replacement plan, the deck petered out on me while living in Medicine Hat, I brought it there and they removed the deck and sent it off under my warranty, then, 2 months later it came back as ir-repairable and they said they would replace it with the next model up which had the same functions at no cost due to the product service plan.
